Up and running.

One command installs the collector, bridge, and agent hooks.

Before you start

  • Docker running
  • curl
  • Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
  1. 01

    Install

    Run the one-liner. cot starts a local collector in Docker, downloads the bridge, and wires hooks.

  2. 02

    Open dashboard

    Visit http://127.0.0.1:31337. A setup wizard walks you through agent selection and verification.

  3. 03

    Use your agent

    Work normally. Hooks fire in the background. Sessions appear in the dashboard within seconds.

COT_PORT

Host port for the collector (default 31337)

COT_AGENTS

Agents to wire: claude, cursor, codex

COT_ENDPOINT

Collector URL for the bridge

COT_DISABLE_TELEMETRY

Set to 1 to disable outbound usage metrics
